If possible, can we leave this event on Friday the 15th? Especially given that it is from 6:30 - 8:30 and may run later with cookie decorating and the gift exchange. This way the girls can sleep late the following Saturday and don't have to get up for the last day of school for the week (when they are already tired). It would make it easier all around.
