December Community Project
Brownie Troop 1270 is sponsoring our service unit's December Community Service Project:
Each troop has been asked to decorate a 2' tall tabletop tree with their own troop-made ornaments. The trees will be donated to the Atria or the Gwinnett Medical center pediatric ward(dependsing on how many troops participate.) The decorated tree is due before our December 19th meeting. Therefore, we will do this project as our November 19th craft activity and earning our light blue petal(honest and fair.) The daisies will distribute the beads to one another.
We will make daisy ribbon ornaments for our tree.
Materials we will need is:
__1 2' tabletop tree
__Glue(I have that)
__Navy blue ribbon (or any dark blue ribbon)
__Yellow ribbon
__Yellow cardstock or construction paper
__Child scissors
I will also supply a blue and yellow bead garnish for our troop.
Please comment on which items you can provide. Thank you. Also, if there was a kaper chart created this past weekend, let me know, so I know which daisy is in charge of what.
